Initial Set-Up Procedure
When setting up the Admin system for the first time, you should input all the information needed for the system to work.
There is a strict sequence to be followed as shown below:-
Where using the correct sequence is essential:
1. External/Internal
2. Category
3. League
Where the order does not matter:
Clubs
Dress Code
Venue
Must be input last:
4. Matches
Inputting or importing Members is a separate process.
It is essential the first three are done in the correct sequence and that Matches are done last. Members records are a bit different as they are imported and used for issuing messages.
Ongoing Admin Procedures
Once the intitial information has been input, it is then a matter of making changes.
Every item has a suite of pages where you can see a list of them all, details about any one you select, the ability to make changes to what you originally entered and finally, to delete an item.
